How It Works

  1. Order Your Test Kit
    We’ll send you a complete kit with everything you need, including clear instructions.

  2. Collect Your Dog’s Sample
    Follow the simple steps to collect a stool sample. Make sure to read the instructions carefully for accurate results.

  3. Send It Back
    Use the prepaid return packaging to send your sample to our laboratory.

  4. Laboratory Testing
    Our expert team will analyse the sample using advanced qPCR and microscopy methods to detect worms, lungworm, bacteria, viruses, and protozoa.

  5. Receive Your Results
    You’ll get a detailed report explaining what (if anything) was detected and what it means for your dog’s health.

There is a ‘use by date’ on each kit which MUST be adhered to.  The use by date will be at least 6 weeks from date of order.  Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for late submission or unused tests however please contact the office to discuss options if this occurs.

If undertaking a retest post treatment, we recommend waiting at least 3 weeks before retesting following completion of the course of treatment.
